Realenza is a closed business platform for exchanging information between licensed real-estate agencies and brokers. Listings are published by member agencies on the basis of their own mandate, and they alone are responsible for the accuracy, completeness and lawfulness of the published content, including photographs, descriptions, prices and location details.
Realenza does not act as a real-estate intermediary, takes no part in negotiations or in the conclusion of contracts between members and their clients, and gives no guarantee as to the availability, condition or price of any property. The relationship between Realenza and its members is governed by the Terms of use, and the processing of personal data by the Privacy policy.
